Firefighters were called to tackle vehicle fires in Ongar and Brentwood last night (March 4).
A crew from Ongar Fire Station was called to a caravan fire on Murthering Lane in Navestock, using breathing apparatuses and a hose reel to extinguish it.

Shortly after returning to the station, the crew was dispatched to a car fire in the car park of the Nags Head pub on Church Road in Moreton. The same equipment was used to deal with the blaze.
