GARY LEWIS. Birthday Tribute celebration 30th October 2009. Tina would like to express her appreciation to all relatives and friends who joined her and her children Jessica, Joshua, Mary-Ellen and Niamh Lewis to celebrate the life of her Husband and remember him on his birthday. Thank you also to Havens Gift Shop and Peaches and Cream Day Spa for their generous contribution to the raffle. The celebration raised £1,040 for Prostate Cancer Charity in memory of Gary Lewis, THANK YOU. In addition, Tina would like to personally express her Thanks to Gary's very close friend, Trevor Malbon, for his additional generous contribution to prostate cancer Charity in her Husbands memory
