Take notice that application is made by: South Essex College c/o G L Hearn, Planning Consultants.

Applicant name: G L Hearn.

For planning permission to: Demolition and developemnt for College campus, one three storey building (Use Class D1), including ancillary cafe, ancillary multi-purpose hall and ancillary health and beauty salon, 20 car parking spaces, public open space, access and associated development on land at Market Square, Basildon town centre SS14.

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Baslidon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martins Square Basildon, Essex.SS14 1DL.

Any owner or tenant whom wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
