LICENSING ACT 2003

I, Nigindan Badmanadan, have applied to Southend Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises at 492 Sutton Road, Southend On Sea, Essex, SS2 5PN for the following licensable activities: The sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from Monday to Sunday from 10.00 hrs till 23.00 hrs.

 The licensing register may be inspected at the Licensing Department, Southend Borough Council, Department of Enterprise, Tourism and the Environment, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-On-Sea, Essex, SS2 6ZG, between 8.30am and 4.45pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

Any representations by a responsible authority or interested party must be made in writing to the above address by Friday 4th January 2013.

 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
