LICENSING ACT 2003. NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

We Heley Bargain Stores Ltd, hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Unit 36, Laindon Shopping Centre. SS15 5TE.

The proposed licensable activity is : The selling of Alcoholic products on and off-sales, retail basis, between the hours of 08.00 to 19.00 Monday to Saturday. Between the hours of 10.00 to 18.00 Sundays.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below.

Representations should be sent to: The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martins Square, Basildon, Essex. SS14 1DL.

A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Councils office at the address given above, by appointment, between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).

It as offence knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 of the standard scale (currently £5,000)
