Licensing Act 2003 - Public Notice Application. Application for a premisies Licence (under Sections 17 or 71 of the Act)

Number 2 OAP Club, 112 Central Avenue, Canvey Island SS8 9QR has applied to Castle Point Borough Council, Recreational Ground, Kiln Road, Benfleet, Essex.

Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities or Relevant Qualifying Club Activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises.

 Regulated entertainment, plays films, live music, recorded music, performance of dance, anything of a similar nature. Monday to Thursday 12.00 - 22.30, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 12.00 - 23.30. Christmas Eve 12.00 - 23.30 NYE 12.00 - 23.30..

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Department, Castle Point Borough Council, Kiln Road, Thundersley, Benfleet, Essex SS7 1TF between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 13 February 2013.

 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5000.
