Notice of Application for Premises Licence

Anglian Sandwiches Limited hereby make an application for a Premises Licence in respect of 177-179 High Street, Southend on Sea, Essex, SS1 1LL.

The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed are the sale of alcohol, for consumption on and off the premises, Monday to Saturday 1030 hours to 1800 hours and on Sundays from 1030 hours to 1700 hours.

Responsible Authorities or any person may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by 9th April 2013 Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Department of Enterprise, Tourism and the Environment, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG.

 A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 8.30am and 4.45pm on Mondays to Fridays.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale (currently £5,000).
