Mission and Pastoral Measure 2011

The Church Commissioners have authorized the publication of a draft Scheme providing for the transfer of part of the churchyard of the parish church of Saint Andrew, Westcliff to the Chelmsford Diocesan Board of Finance for sale for residential purposes and for the application of the net sale proceeds for ecclesiastical purposes of the parish.

You may obtain a copy of the draft from their office or inspect it at St Andrew’s Church.

You may make representations either for or against all or any part of the draft Scheme in writing to James Davidson Brett, Pastoral Division, Church Commissioners, Church House, Great Smith Street, London, SW1P 3AZ or by email to james.davidson-brett@churchofengland.org to reach him not later than midnight on the 15 April 2013.
