Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application to vary a Premises Licence

We Premium Pubs Company hereby make application to vary the premises licence in respect of The Swan,The Broadway, Wickford, Essex, SS11 7AD

The proposed variation is: +2hrs pre opening times +2hrs post closing times

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the licensing authority (Basildon District Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below representations should be sent to : The Licensing Authority Basildon District Council The Basildon Centre St Martins Square Basildon Essex SS14 1DL

 A record of the application and the statutory register of the licensing authority may be inspected by appointment at the council office address given above between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday (except public holidays)

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statment in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 of the standard scale (currently £5000.00)
