At a Disciplinary Panel on 24 July 2012 the Panel found the charges against Mr Antion proved, Contrary to Rule 3 and Rule 8 of the Rules of Conduct for Members 2007.
The Panel imposed a Reprimand, Fines and ordered costs in favor of RICS.
Mr Antino appealed the decision of the Disciplinary Panel which was heard on the above dates.
The Panel rejected his Appeal and ordered costs in favor of RICS.
