LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises: Iceland, Unit 3D, Greyhound Retail Park, Southend on Sea, SS2 5PY.
Notice is given that Iceland Foods Limited have applied to the Southend on Sea Borough Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003
The proposed application relates to: The retail sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Saturday: 0800 to 2300 and Sunday: 1000 to 2230.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by Tuesday 12th November 2013 to the Licensing Section, Southend on Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre, Floor 13, Victoria Avenue, Southend on Sea, SS2 6ZG, where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected by appointment.
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
