(Premises licences and club premises certificates) Regulations 2005, paragraph 25

Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities or Relevant Qualifying Club Activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises. Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises, provision of regulated entertainment and late night refreshments between 12pm - 11.30pm Monday - Thursday.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Rochford District Council, 3-19 South Street, Rochford, Essex, SS4 1BW between 9.00am and 4pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays) or on the Authority's website at: http://www.rochford.gov.uk

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 20th November 2013
