LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

We Kefco Sales Limited hereby make application to vary the Premises Licence in respect of KFC Unit 7, Mayflower Retail Park, Gardiners Lane, Basildon, Essex SS14 3AP

The proposed variation is: Alteration to Building: Extension to the restaurant and providing an outdoor seating area. The internal layout has been altered. The morning opening times have changed to 10am

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council).

All such representations shall be made in writing by 21st November 2013.

A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected by appointment at the Council’s office address given above, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale, (currently £5,000.00).
