TO THE RESIDENTS OR RETTENDON

Regarding the Ancient Subsoil Rights and the Land Registry letter in general circulation. The subsoil, mineral and gravel rights that benefit the manor relating to every private dwelling and private commercial property in the parish of Rettendon are to be extinguished. Form UN2 can be downloaded from the land registry website and I will sign that form to extinguish the rights mentioned above. I sincerely hope that this will eliminate any fear amongst residents, I did not approve of the tone of the letter that was sent by the Local Land Registry and apologise for the concerns that it may have caused.
