Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925. Any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the above deceased, late of 37, Wedgwood Court, Wedgwood Way, Ashingdon, Rochford Essex. SS4 3EG, and formerly of Dolphin Court, 179-182 Eastern Esplanade, Thorpe Bay, Southend on Sea, Essex SS1 3AA, a Glazier/Double Glazing manufacturer, who died on 3rd September 2013, are required to send particulars thereof in writing to Mr A Bailey, Flat 5 Kingswood Lodge, 109 Kingswood Chase, Leigh on Sea, Essex SS9 3BE on or before 25th February 2014 after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interest of which he has had notice.
