Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence

We Cromwell Manor (Functions) Limited hereby make application to vary the Premises Licence in respect of Cromwell Manor, Pitsea Hall Lane, Pitsea, Essex SS16 4UH.

The proposed variation is: To extend the current licenced activities of the premises to incorporate the adjacent Marquee.

Interested parties and Responsible Authorities may make representations to the Licencing Authority (Basildon Borough Council).
All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below.
Representations should be to :- The Licencing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin's Square, Basildon, Essex SS14 1DL.

A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licencing Authority, may be inspected by appointment at the Council's office address given above, between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays)

 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale, (currently £5,000.00).
