LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

We, The Place, Pitsea Leisure Centre of Northlands Pavement, Pitsea, Essex. SS13 3DU hereby make application to vary a Premises Licence in respect of the above.

The proposed variation is: Alter premises layout to include the Sale of Alcohol from the Front Foyer.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representation to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council).
All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below.
Representations should be sent to: The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martins Square, Basildon, Essex. SS14 1DL.
A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected by appointment at the Council's office, address given above, between 9.00am and 5.30om Monday to friday ( except Public Holidays ).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale, (currently £5,000).
