Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Castle Point Borough Council for a Premises Licence for Aldi Store at 2-26 Rushbottom Lane, Tarpots Town Centre, South Benfleet, SS7 4BX.
The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 07:00 and 23:00.

Interested parties or Responsible Authorities can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 24 July 2014.

 It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5000.
