LICENSING ACT 2003. NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

I Sinniah Kamalendran hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Kams & Co UK Ltd, 4 Austen Road, Basildon, Essex. SS14 3RZ.

The proposed activity is: Sale of Alcohol for instore and home delivery where consumption is only for off premises.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council)
All such representations shall be made in writing with 28 days from the date below.
Representations should be sent to: The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin's Square, Basildon, Essex. SS14 1DL.
A record of the application and the statuary register of the Licensing Authority may be inspected at the Council office address given above, by appointment, between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday ( except Public Holidays).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 of the standard scale (currently £5,000)
