PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW SEXUAL ENTERTAINMENT LICENSE UNDER THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1982

G & K Groundwork Ltd hereby give notice that they have applied to the Licensing Authority at Castle Point Borough Council for a Sexual Entertainment Venue Licence in respect of the above address to permit all licensable activities. This includes the supply of alcohol (in conjunction with a Premises License) and regulated entertainment between 20:00 hours and 05:00 hours Monday to Sunday inclusive.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Department, Castle Point Borough Council, Kiln Road, Thundersley, Benfleet, Essex, SS7 1TF between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 28 November 2014. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
