Notice of Application for the Renewal of a Sex Establishment Licence

We DARKER ENTERPRISES LIMITED hereby make application for a Sex Establishment Licence in respect of PRIVATE SHOP, 9 ALEXANDRA STREET, SOUTHEND, ESSEX, SS1 1BX

Details of the proposed application are as follows: Opening hours Monday to Saturday 10.00am – 6.00pm, until 8.00pm Friday.

 Interested parties and the Police may make representation to the Licensing Authority (Southend on Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing by 7th April 2015.
Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Department of Enterprises, Tourism and the Environment, Southend on Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend on Sea, Essex, SS2 6ZG.

A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Councils office address given above, between 8.30am and 4.45pm on Mondays to Fridays.

It is an offence to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale (currently £5,000).
