Notice of Application for Premises Licence

I/We,Ronald Hugh Livingstone hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of: 71 Hamlet Court Road, Westcliff on Sea, Essex, SS0 7EU

The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are: The sale of alcohol solely by way of on line 24 hour internet sales. There will not be any on site sales or alcohol consumption at any time on the premises.

Responsible Authorities or any person may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing, by the 31/03/2015 Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre (Floor 13) , Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG. A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays or on the Council website http://www.southend.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale (currently £5,000).
