Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 - Rayleigh Baptist Church

PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 ECCLESIASTICAL EXEMPTION (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ORDER 1994

TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the procedures of the Baptist Union of Great Britain and the Baptist Union of Wales for the purposes of the above named Order Rayleigh Baptist Church has applied to the Listed Building Advisory Committee for a Certificate of Authorisation to carry out the following works to their premises: Development of the church to include demolition, extension, alteration and refurbishment. External alterations to the drop off area, terrace and new canopy. Demolition of the Base Building and erection of a new Base Building, creation of a reception and Concourse linking the buildings and providing level access throughout. All elements in the listing description retained unaltered. The Church building is listed Grade II.
