LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of application for a Premises Licence

We Huttons Catering Ltd Billericay hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Josephs, 100 High Street, Billercay, Essex. CM12 9BY. The proposed licensable activity is: To serve alcohol between the hours of 8.00am and 8.30pm daily. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below. Representations should be sent to: The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin's Square, Basildon, Essex. SS14 1DL. A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office, address given above, by appointment, between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standards scale, (currently £5,000)
