MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009

APPLICATION FOR WATER INJECTION DREDGING, PURFLEET

 Notice is hereby given that C.RO Ports Ltd has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake water injection dredging in the Purfleet deep wharf. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at:Thurrock Library, Orsett Road, Grays, Essex.

Copies of the updated and amended Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at http://www.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister.

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to marine.consents@marinemanagement.org.uk , within 28 days of Monday, 27-07-2015, quoting reference MLA/2013/00455.
