Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence
I PREZZO LIMITED of 54-56 High Street, Wickford, Essex SS12 9AT have submitted an application for the variation of a premises licence to Basildon Borough Council, Licensing Authority, The Basildon Centre, St Martin’s Square, Basildon, Essex SS14 1DL.
The record of the application may also be inspected at this address between usual office hours Monday – Friday by appointment only.
The relevant Licensing activities which it is intended to provide at the premises are:-
- Supply of Alcohol - Monday – Sunday 07:00 – 00:00 -
Late Night Refreshment – Monday – Sunday 23:00 – 00:00 -
(Non-standard Timings to extend to 02.30 on New Year’s Eve) -
The outside seating area to be licensed to 23.00
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make written representation to the relevant Licensing Authority by 29th September 2015 such representation shall be made in writing.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fee for which a person is liable assuming conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale.
