MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
APPLICATION FOR A MARINE LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Carter and Ward of Wickford Ltd has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to replace four existing jetties with four floating pontoons and install two additional floating pontoons at Sutton Wharf in Rochford, Essex.

Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Rochford District Council, Council Offices, South Street, Rochford, Essex. SS4 1BW.
Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at https://www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register.

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to Kevin.Marley@marinemangement.org.uk within 28 days of 12 October 2015 quoting reference - MLA/2015/00264
