Application for a Premises License

Take notice that we Best Parties Ever Limited have made an application to Basildon Borough Council for a new Premises Licence in respect of: Barleylands Farm, Barleylands Road, Billericay, CM11 2UD

The proposed licensable activities are:
Sell / Supply of Alcohol, Regulated Entertainment, Live Music, Recorded Music, Late Night Refreshment, Provision of Dancing.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council).
All such Representation shall be make in writing within 28 days from the date below.

A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council’s office address given above, by appointment, between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale, (currently £5,000.00).
