MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
APPLICATION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF RIVERRUN PONTOON AND JETTY

Notice is hereby given that Mr Mark Fry has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake construction of a pontoon, deck and gangway for the owners of the house Riverrun in Hullbridge.

Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Hullbridge Library, Ferry Road, Hullbridge, Hockley, SS5 6ET.

Copies of the application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at . http://www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register.

Representation or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to within 28 days of 24th June 2016, quoting reference MLA/2015/00373. The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
