Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010 Notice under Article 13

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Veolia Environmental Services for Temporary use of an existing hardstanding area as a waste transfer station (part retrospective) at Pitsea Landfill, Pitsea Hall Lane, Pitsea, Basildon, SS16 4UH -

ESS/59/11/BAS Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application together and other documents submitted with it at name of council, Planning Office, council address and name Library, library address during normal opening hours and at Essex County Council at the address below (please call for an appointment on 01245 435555) from 15 December 2011 until 5 January 2012.

Anyone who wishes to make representations or objections in respect of this application should e-mail them to mineralsandwastedm@essex.gov.uk or write to the undersigned by 5 January 2012.
