Licencing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

I Pei Jean Tan hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Lucky Star Food House, Stella Place, Stella House, Basildon SS14 3AX.

The proposed licensable activity is Sale of Alcohol and regulated entertainment (recorded music). Monday - Sunday 12pm - 11pm.

 Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licencing Authority (Basildon Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from this date below. Representations should be sent to:- The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin's Square, Basildon, Essex SS14 1DL.

A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, by appointment, between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).

 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale, (currently £5,000)
