THE LATE ERICA ROSEMARY WYETH

Notice is hereby given pursuant to s. 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of any of the late ERICA ROSEMARY WYETH of Ashingdon Hall, Church Road, Ashingdon, Essex SS4 3HZ, and previously of 424 Ashingdon Road, Ashingdon, Essex SS4 3EW, who died on 12th April 2012 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the Executors c/o Wistaria Cottage, Englefield Close, Hawkwell, Essex SS5 4LE and to send such particulars to be received before 24th October 2012 after which date the Executors may distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
