PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Rochford District Council for a premises licence under the above Act on the 23rd August 2012. Applicant: Shell UK Oil Products Ltd. Address of premises: Shell Rayleigh, High Road, Rayleigh, Essex SS6 7SL Proposed licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol for Consumption off the Premises. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Every Day -Alcohol Sales 06.30 to 22.00. The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: licensing Team, Rochford District Council, Council Offices, South Street, Rochford, Essex, SS4 1BW. Any person wish­ing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice - by the 20th September 2012.
