LICENSING ACT 2003 - PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE CERTIFICATE (Under Section 17 or 71 of the Act)

Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities or Relevant Qualifying Club Activities which it is proposed will be carried on, or from the premises: Provision of regulated Entertainment (plays, films, indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music, performance of dance, and anything of a similar nature) Provision of entertainment facilities for entertainment of a similar description to making music and dancing. Provision of late night refreshment and supply of alcohol. All the above between the hours of Mon - Thurs 08.00hrs to 24.00hrs. Fri and Sat 08.00hrs to 01.00hrs the following day and Sun 08.00hrs to 23.00hrs

The licensing register may be inspected at the Licensing Department, Castle Point Borough Council, Kiln Road, Thundersley, Benfleet, Essex, SS7 1TF between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm ( Monday to Friday except public holidays). Any representation by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 30-08-2012.
