BLACKWELL Barbara Elsie Passed away peacefully on 20th February 2021 aged 93. A loving, caring Wife, Mother and Grandmother, a friend to all, very sadly missed. A private service was held at Southend Crematorium on Monday 29th of March 2021. The family would like to thank the relatives and friends who sent messages of sympathy, sadness and love for their loss.
