A 14 year old from Brentwood has placed second in the Pony Grand Prix at the FEI Youth Nations Cup Finals in Opglabbeek, Belgium.
Claudia Moore, who attends Brentwood School, had a fantastic week of showjumping success, securing both gold and silver gongs in the competition with her 12 year old bay mare Delflip.
On Friday, the duo pulled off a magnificent performance, producing a double clear in 39.12seconds.
Two days later, the British Pony Team, competing under the title sponsor banner of Team LeMieux, won the FEI Jumping Nations Cup Pony Final in convincing style.
The Great Britain team qualified for Sunday’s final in equal first place alongside Germany and The Netherlands, with all three nations on a zero penalties score.
Claudia, who was last up for GB in the qualifier, played a major part in the team’s success securing an all-important third clear round.
Well done to all!
